COA's Intensive/Post-Intensive 5-Day Retreat on Zoom

Come retreat with us at our Intensive/Post-Intensive 5-Day Retreat on Zoom. Our Intensive portion of the two-track retreat will be inspired by Fr. Thomas Keating’s teachings on the Human Condition. This qualifies as the required retreat for those pursuing formation as commissioned presenters for Introduction to Centering Prayer Workshops. Our Post-Intensive track will be inspired by David Frenette. Each full day offers Lectio Divina and three and a half hours of Centering Prayer. • 4 pm – 6 pm ET Both Tracks -Introduction, Centering Prayer Session, Goodnight Prayer

Thursday, Friday, Saturday October 12 – 14, 2023

• 9-10:15 am ET – Both Tracks - two 30-minute Centering Prayer sessions
• 10:30 – 11:50 am ET – Track I Video Human Condition Series followed by a Centering Prayer session
• 12 – 1:15 pm ET Track II – Video with David Frenette followed by a Centering Prayer session
• 1:15-2:15 pm ET Lunch break
• 2:15-3:30 pm ET Track I Video Human Condition Series followed by a Centering Prayer session
• 3:45-5:00 pm ET Track II – Video with David Frenette followed by a Centering Prayer session
• 5:00 – 6:00 pm ET Both Tracks – Lectio Divina followed by Centering Prayer and Goodnight Prayer

Saturday only 

• 7:30 – 9:00 pm ET Track I – Human Condition Series video
